Below is a "swelling tracker" for your voice based on Dr. Bob Bastian's mucosal ceiling test. This is a subjective measure, and use of this tracker will typically be explained at your first session where you will receive a downloadable version. If swelling checks are positive for more than 2 weeks in absence of obvious illness, see a laryngologist.
